10/22/2004: "INTERNATIONAL CAPS LOCK DAY!"

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY, BUT TODAY IS INTERNATIONAL CAPS LOCK DAY. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING IT AGAIN UNTIL NEXT YEAR. THE PICTURE ABOVE IS MY CAPS LOCK KEY. NOTICE HOW CLEAN IT IS? WHY IS "CAPS LOCK" IN LOWER CASE? THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP TONY
